Hi,

Welcome to my blog. I'm going to use this as my online journal of how I am coping with being laid off from the factory.

My bills are starting to pile up, and my benefits havent even come in yet. I know a lot of people in America are facing similar problems to me nowadays, so I hope maybe I will find other people, and we could help each other get through this together.

Laid off/ Blog problems

I somehow deleted all of my posts by accident! Luckily I had them saved in written form in my journal, so I just entered them all in today.

So I find the worst part of being laid off is the free time you have on your hands. I mean when I was working I had plenty to do but now I just play with my dog all day. Fun at first but it is starting to get depressing. I wonder what I should do? The skills I have from the factory are excellent, but there aint no factories hiring around here anymore.

I can't move for work because my family is here, and I'm too old to be starting something new. Hopefully this blog will teach me a bit about computers.

Unemployment Office

Today I had to wait in line at the unemployment office, as there was a problem with some of my information. I can't believe the nerve of these people, I mean I'm a hard working tax paying citizen, and after 30 years of hard work this is how I'm treated?

All I know, is that I deserve these benefits, and since my social security won't be coming for a while I sure could use them right now.

On a lighter note, today my grandson said his first word "baba".

So my old pal tony was nice enough to introduce me to a place called Digital Point. It's a place where new people online go to learn how to make money. I've been going through their forum and found a great book for sale there. It's called The AdSense Domination Report, and it is basically a book about how to make money with Google. The author made $3K last month totally FREE!!

I just bought it, its only $17 and it is great!! I was reading through it and the info is great for someone who lost their job and needs to make some side income like myself. You should check out the reviews here, they are all fantastic! I can't wait to get started!
